First, make a chocolate topping. Put pieces of chocolate in a smaller container, add butter and milk. Place the pan on a pot of boiling water. While the chocolate, milk, and butter are heating, stir until the mixture is smooth, add the sweet cream and sugar. Stir until boiling. When the mixture boils, move the pan away.
Whisk the sweet cream and add the sugar. Peel the bananas. Half lengthwise and place on elongated dessert plates and drizzle with lemon juice. Put ice cream slices between the banana halves. Pour the chocolate sauce, sprinkle with crumbled hazelnuts or almonds. Add the sweet cream and garnish with the cherries.
Put the prepared muffin mass into paper models. In a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius and bake them for 25 minutes.
