Banana bread


2 ripe bananas

    112 g flour

      62 g butter

        0.5 teaspoon baking powder

          50 g of brown sugar

            1 egg

              0.5 teaspoon vanilla bean

                57 g of golden syrup

                  0.5 teaspoon of baking soda

                    0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon


                      Peel the banana and cut into rings and beat it with a fork.

                        Mix cream, butter, syrup, and sugar with an electric mixer. Add the eggs, beaten banana, and vanilla extract and stir for about 2 minutes. We reduce the speed of the mixer and slowly add the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda to the spoons. Spread the dough evenly over the greased baking sheet. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Bake the bread until the surface turns golden brown.
