The basic facts of bananas

Bananas are one of the most edible fruits. Grow on a herb named Musa. Musa is a perennial tree, similar to a palm tree with virtual stems. The stem comprises the overlapping lower parts of the leaves. It has many lateral shoots growing from underground parts. Musa grows from a bulb. From planting to harvesting, it takes 9 to 12 months. They harvest green fruits. Musa thrives best on sunny and semi-shady habitats in well-drained humus soil. Propagated throughout the year by division or after flowering with lateral shoots. We can have it at home as an ornamental plant. The production of these fruits generates about $8 billion in turnover. They grow most muses in Central America, Brazil, India, China, and Africa. We export half of them to the European market and the USA. There are various health benefits associated with these fruits. Bananas are a source of potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, pectin, and vitamins C and B6. They contain important nutrients, antioxidants, and other beneficial herbal compounds. Antioxidants provide protection against the free radicals we face every day. Unripe fruits contain a lot of starch. The starch turns into sugar when ripe. The closest relative of the banana is plantain. Plantain grows up to 10 m (33 feet) high. The fruits are larger than a regular banana. Plantain fruit contains more starch than a banana. Because plantain has the most starch when green, they harvest it before it matures. We don’t eat fruits raw. Usually, I cook green. We prepare it boiled, fried, or baked. Dry it for later use.  Plantains are very similar to green bananas and can be mistaken for a look.

The good and bad qualities of the bananas.

Bananas help with weight loss. Those contain a small number of calories for their volume. Fruit satiates us and feeds the body with many nutrients. By reducing appetite, it contributes to weight loss.

Banana contains fiber in two main forms, pectin and resistant starch. Resistant starch ends up in the large intestine where it acts as probiotics and is food for good gut bacteria. Pectin can reduce the risk of colon cancer.

Banana antioxidants reduce the risk of vascular disease and degenerative diseases.

The green banana has genuine starch, which improves the body’s responsiveness to insulin.

Banana is an effective medicine for relieving menstrual cramps. Vitamin B6 prevents excess water from accumulating in the body.

The diabetic can consume a controlled amount of fruit banana. Vitamins, minerals, and fiber in these fruit benefit people with diabetes. But it has to pay attention to volume.

Banana contains potassium, a mineral electrolyte that maintains the flow of electricity throughout the body that is required for the heart to beat. Potassium in bananas helps protect the cardiovascular system against high blood pressure. Potassium prevents vascular hardness.

The tryptophan in the bananas processes the body into serotonin. Serotonin elevates mood. The presence of vitamin B6 improves our sleep. Magnesium relaxes our muscles.

Banana bread

Ingredients
  

2 ripe bananas

    112 g flour

      62 g butter

        0.5 teaspoon baking powder

          50 g of brown sugar

            1 egg

              0.5 teaspoon vanilla bean

                57 g of golden syrup

                  0.5 teaspoon of baking soda

                    0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

                      Instructions
                       

                      Peel the banana and cut into rings and beat it with a fork.

                        Mix cream, butter, syrup, and sugar with an electric mixer. Add the eggs, beaten banana, and vanilla extract and stir for about 2 minutes. We reduce the speed of the mixer and slowly add the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda to the spoons. Spread the dough evenly over the greased baking sheet. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Bake the bread until the surface turns golden brown.

                          3 ripe bananas

                            1 egg

                              125 g butter

                                1 vanilla sugar

                                  1/2 packet baking powder

                                    sol

                                      250 g of smooth white flour

                                        3 tablespoons of crushed chocolate

                                          Instructions
                                           

                                          Beat the bananas with a fork, add the egg, vanilla sugar, and salt. The melted butter is partially cooled and poured into the mixture. Add flour together with baking powder. Mix the ingredients into a smooth mixture. The mixture should have no lumps. Finally, crush the chocolate into the mass.

                                            Put the prepared muffin mass into paper models. In a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius and bake them for 25 minutes.

                                                            4 tablespoons of chocolate ice cream

                                                              4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream

                                                                4 tablespoons of strawberry ice cream

                                                                  60 g almonds or hazelnuts

                                                                      First, make a chocolate topping. Put pieces of chocolate in a smaller container, add butter and milk. Place the pan on a pot of boiling water. While the chocolate, milk, and butter are heating, stir until the mixture is smooth, add the sweet cream and sugar. Stir until boiling. When the mixture boils, move the pan away.

                                                                        Whisk the sweet cream and add the sugar. Peel the bananas. Half lengthwise and place on elongated dessert plates and drizzle with lemon juice. Put ice cream slices between the banana halves. Pour the chocolate sauce, sprinkle with crumbled hazelnuts or almonds. Add the sweet cream and garnish with the cherries.

                                                                              10 dag of sugar

                                                                                5 dag ground nuts

                                                                                  4 dag flour

                                                                                    1 vanilla pudding

                                                                                      1/4 l of milk

                                                                                        2 bananas

                                                                                          Foam the four yolks with 10 dag of sugar. Add 4 dag flour, 5 dag ground nuts, and snow from 4 eggs. Put the prepared dough on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Cool the baked dough, sprinkle with sugar, drizzle with vanilla pudding. Put the peeled banana on the pudding and roll.
